Johanna and I worked side by side (often on Skype) for 1 year. She has a great floor presence and she holds her subordinate leaders accountable. She is a company first mission oriented person.

During the year she reduced the workforce by 50% mostly through natural attrition. At the same time she consolidated two nearby office spaces while increasing productivity with 50% less personnel.

Johanna is a go-getter. She can operate autonomously. Given direction and a description of a desired result, she can craft a plan to reach that result.

She works tirelessly and dedicated to any assignment given to her. She understands that business is fluid. Needs, resources and goals are all moving targets and a great plan last month may have to be adjusted for it to continue to be an effective plan this month... Johanna knows this and she's great in adiusting her work duties and  the tasks of her subordinates to meet the goals in a fast paced and ever changing climate.

She has a strong work ethic - I can remember working on projects with her and she was always available and ready to work . She is  okay with working long hours to get the job done. She is a thinker and problem-solver, she upholds up well under stress and can be very creative when it comes to thinking out of the box to find a solution.

Johanna can get the job done. She is competent in an individual basis and she is able to manage a large number of employees.

Johanna pulled split shifts to ramp us up to 200 agents working collections 16 hours per day at 7 days/week. She doubled collections' effectiveness by creating a friendly customer oriented program that treated our customers with respect and dignity.

She worked so hard that I found myself telling her to take time off. As soon as she trained subordinate staff, she created several assistant managers that could run the department efficiently during her time-off.

Johanna created reporting mechanisms and matrix models to track and forecast collections activity that we still utilize in the US through a software program called Pipeline. 

Johanna runs at an even keel and is a strong manager. She is a motivator and inspires her staff to be the best at what they do!!

During my time at Cash Flow Investments Partners, LLC - I was able to work with Johanna on a daily basis.

In my position as Interim CEO for the call center as soon as I met her I was able to determine that there would be nobody better to take over the position.

Johanna not only knew the operations and how to lead her collections team. She had a keen eye for all facets of the call center. Understood the other teams and was able to rise to the occasion more than once. Without her many of our early accomplishments would have been turned to failures.

Call centers outside of the USA are some of the most complicated environments to manage people as well as client expectations. You are dealing with language challenges, time zones, product knowledge and sometimes large turn overs depending on work requirements.

Having someone like Johanna at the helm allows you to concentrate more on just refining what you want then trying to work on everything. She has built a business more than capable to support you and help you succeed.

So far the best virtual team I know of...very reliable and always on top of their game. I never have to worry if anyone is slacking off as I know their Operations Manager is keeping an eye on them.
